You may see a "Theme Support" warning in Settings either when you install the app or publish a new theme to your online store. Any discounts that you set up will still work at checkout.
This warning message means that we do not have your theme's information in our system yet so the app does not know where to place in-store messages and discount prices in the cart. Customers will still receive the discounted price(s) at checkout.
Don't worry, we are not asking you to dig into your theme's code to add support yourself. We are happy to set up your theme for you. All we ask is that you let us know when you are ready for us, and give us a little time to study your theme and enter it into our system.
Most themes can be added same-day during US business hours. But some themes require custom work that can take longer.
